Counseling will assist in the expansion of what is already beautifully within each individual. During counseling, we use words such as "energy", "spine", "nervous system" and "brain" when approaching healing. Therapy uses deep somatic and emotional awareness, restoration, and release. The counselor becomes the mirror for the client/s sitting in front me to confront and overcome false perceptions, beliefs, or patterns that might be holding them back. There is promotion of self-awareness, personal growth, and positive change, evoking feelings of empowerment, liberation, and transformation.

Breaking Illusions Counseling focuses on helping clients confront and overcome perceptions, beliefs, or patterns that might be holding them back in their personal lives. It is the process involving a safe space where clients can work through their issues, transform their lives, and shatter the barriers that have been keeping them from living their best life.
